Rubbing noise when turning

For the first time since owning my 4runner I have a loud rubbing noise from my front tires when I turn my wheels all the way to the right and move forward. It sounds like the tires are rubbing against something. Like I said, first time since buying 2 years ago. It is a 2005 sr5. It hasn't been hit or anything. Just took it for an oil change today.

Check the inner wheel wall lining too near the front of the tire. It's plastic but if you upgraded your tires, you'll get rubbing at very specific points.

It might be rubbing on the rubber flaps above the frame rails at the inner rear of the tires. One of these might be torn or loose.
