I have the same issue on my 2011 limited, especially at 35mph-45mph. I can also feel it at highway speed. the vibration is not as strong as you drive on the real rumble-strip but it feels that way and have that kind of high frequency. I have the dealer balanced the wheel and I aslo removed my window deflector last week. Now I still experience the same vibration. Damn dealer told me it was the window deflector and ask me to remove them. I damaged the front passanger side blackout tape on the window trim when I remove them.:gun4:
