Running boards off/plasti-dip

Hey team..

So I bought a 99 limited 4runner all stock about 4 months ago with the plan to make it a fun toy.

Here is a progression of things I have had done to it with photos:

1. 1.5 in lift on front and back
2. BFG A/T thrown on
3. Bluetooth kenwood stereo
4. Removed running boards
5. Plasti-dip side panels and bumpers

What do you all think?

What should be next? Any fun ideas?

Trust me...I like seeing perfectly good rigs get chopped up, welded on, sawzalled and all that other crazy stuff you probably don't wanna do so you don't want to hear my ideas. But I do enjoy seeing a nice clean rig get built any way its owner sees fit to suit their personal need and enjoyment. So enjoy the ride. I'm sure with the help and advice of the guys on this board, your runner is gonna turn out really nice!

I was just thinking I should plastidip my fender flairs and bumpers and wheels.

That looks slick. I've been wanting to lift my about 1.5". What did you use on your lift?

So I went with a cheap man lift and put some spacer in their until I can save up for some OME's. But I am satisfied with the lift size and is a good tester for what I will want in the future.

They were just daystar spacers

Yeah that is a god one that I actually have not thought about. Would give it a cool blacked out look.

Well it definitely looks good. That may be something I'll have to do til I can buy a full suspension lift. And I hate looking at black 4runners, it always makes me want one. Good luck with all your future mods!
