I have had mine off for a few months now but I am going to put them back on but paint them black first. I forgot where the longer bolts and shorter bolts go, can anyone remind me please?

I removed my standard running boards after the lift and replaced with aftermarket tube steps. They got messed up in a small accident..but they are still on the truck thank God I had them otherwise my truck will now show a huge dent on the door...lol... now I got the OEM tube steps waiting to powdercoat and installation...

No intention of removing running boards from our white '08 Limited. Absolutely love them! Sorry to see Toyota decontented them in 5th gen.

im lifted 3" and its the wife's truck so the running boards are staying on cause she's short and cant climb into it now as it is without the running boards. since she let me mod her truck up ill keep them on for her.

Mine are still on and I've got no intention of removing them. Like everything, it's all a matter of taste, but to me, trucks just look incomplete without running boards.

Plus, I'm in the short wives club as well (5'3") so I know she appreciates them. Also gives me something to stand on when I'm washing the top and windshield.

Does anybody know which bolts go where for attaching the running boards?
There are 3 long bolts and 3 shorter bolts. I have had mine off for a few months now and I forget...
