I didn't see anyone catching any fish.

Wonder what make the vehicle is they recovered? I also like the rig they have doing the winching. What is it?

The recovered one looks like an Isuzu Trooper.

As for the winch truck, not sure but looks like a tank!

UAZ-469

The truck that does the winching is UAZ-469. It was introduced in early 70's and was widely used in military and militsia (Soviet police). Many versions were available: soft-top, hard-top, troops carrier, medical, special duty, etc

It was also referred to as "Kozjol" (goat), in reference to it's off-road capabilities.

I drove one for a year while in service. It was a capable and reliable vehicle. At one point I had a damaged (completely destroyed, including bearings seats) rear differential. I removed the rear driveshaft and rear axles and drove the truck back to the base (around 150 miles) with only the front end pulling the vehicle.

The vehicle is still in production today as UAZ Hunter.
