Searched on here and didn't find anyone that has reported this before.
I rarely use the passenger side rear door so I just noticed this when I went to do my spring cleaning (wasn't there in the fall.)
Not happy to report that I found some rust through cancer in the metal on ~3" section of the joint at the front of the rear wheel well. This area is usually hidden by the door when closed.
I purposely got the OEM undercoating when I bought the truck new in hopes of avoiding this. The stealership requires a yearly rust warranty inspection which I just had a month ago. So much for the quality of the inspection. I'll be following up with the stealer to get this repaired before it gets out of hand.
(I also bought the CounterAct electronic rust prevention system, later on a whim, so that is a fail.)
