Rusted front diagonal braces..?

I am looking at a used '07 4R, 100K, on an independent lot.

Crawling under, I do not see much rust at all (we are in Eastern MA!):
- a little bit at the main beam weld seams
- some on the cross part (exhaust?) right behind the front cross beam

No special "prep" to mask more rust that I can see, a lot of dull colors...

The two banana shapes diagonal braces (1.5 ft long) attached to the front main cross beam do show rust at their "apex". The one I poked at with my nails, I was able to go through the metal.

Thoughts?

I am assuming the above braces could be replaced as they are bolted on at each end, correct?

I plan on visiting the place tomorrow, take a better look.
Other frame areas should I look at?

If they're the ones I'm thinking of, yes they can be replaced. 2 bolts each end right? Only problem I had when I removed mine was some of the bolts were frozen & snapped off.

Yes, at least the one end I saw has two bolts, as you say.

And yes, these rusted bolts look like they would fight a bit before giving way. Not too scary though, with some soaking in Kroil or such.
