Rusted Rear Bumper

My rear bumper is rusted out pretty bad and I plan on replacing it in two weeks when i get home from college. Now to replace this do I need any special parts or tools? I want to get one from a junk yard considering that a new one is around $200. The truck is at home so thats why I am asking. Anyone have suggestions on new ones that aren't so expensive?

Basic hand tools will get the job done. You can look into after market companies but you will have the same problem with them rotting out, too.
