Sad Day

I was looking through my pictures and ran across this from May 2004. Still to this day it makes me sick to look at. We bought our '99 4Runner new and had it for 5 years and about 55,000 miles. It was perfect without even a scratch. I was pulling my empty 5 x 8 trailer on a rainy day and we met a water puddle and a corner at the same time. We hit the ditch at about 60 mph and rolled. The upside, my wife and I walked away without a scratch/bruise/anything. Oh and now we have an '04 SE. Anyway I thought I'd share the picture.

That's a scary site, made me cringe just looking at it. I'm glad you and your wife walked away ok. It's really impressive how well the cabins hold up in the 4Runner. Really makes you feel good.

That's a scary picture, but shows what a great vehicle the 4Runner is. I just got rear-ended in August and the full-sized car that hit me was totaled. The 4Runner just had superficial damage. I hated to see my brand new 4Runner damaged but I'm glad I was protected.

Wow, that is a very scary picture. I am glad that you are your passengers were not hurt too bad. That picture shows just how well these vehicles are built.
