Safari rack AND ski rack?

Currently have the coleman safari/cargo rack mounted on the top of my 4Runner which is great during the summer. But it's winter (supposedly) and I've been looking at ski racks.

I currently throw them in the back of the 4Runner but it gets a little "damp" when the snow melts. Mounting the ski rack on top of the safari rack is an option except I won't be able to drive into my garage due to the height.

I want to be as lazy as possible...

Do folks just mount them on top of the safari rack?
Remove the safari/cargo rack and swap twice a year?
