I had a great time. Thanks for coming guys, especially on such short notice. Makes you wonder how many might show with a month to plan. Anywho, here they are. From right to left is c2one, hrod79, 3wbdriver, and STXRunner. I really like what c2one and hrod79 have done with their grillwork. Rod, I enjoyed meeting your family. I'm looking forward to a hopeful next time. :hatsoff:

Some observations from seeing everyone's trucks in person. [MENTION=105481]3wbdriver[/MENTION]'s '14 front end looks awesome in person, especially on a lifted/modified vehicle. The new front end just doesn't translate well in pictures. [MENTION=66483]hrod79[/MENTION], your satoshi grill looks great, especially the TRD badge at lower right. [MENTION=98089]c2one[/MENTION] your Drabbits roof rack looks great too. I don't really have a need to upgrade from the stock roof rack, but after seeing yours, I want one! A wheeling trip should absolutely be planned, but between all of our work and family schedules, that may be hard.

FJ group planning a trip to big bend Oct22-26. FYI for anyone who may consider camping trip.

Gonna try and go and take family as well. But 3 days of missed school is a bit much. May head out on 23rd and meet group at camp site.

A trip to the Big Bend would not be complete without a visit to Boquillas Del Carmen. The ONLY place in Mexico I ever felt safe visiting.

This place is a trip! Once you get up to the town(a mile inward from the Rio Grande) you'll be able to see what looks like scenes out of Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns.

Nothing like Laredo or other border towns. Just a very quaint, friendly place on the Rio Grande out in the middle of nowhere. Kids will love the donkey ride from the Mexican side of the river up to Boquillas. No one trying to sell you drugs, rip you off - none of that.

I'm afraid that will be my last meet and greet with the SA folks for the near future. We're currently drilling our last pair of wells south of San Antonio and then the rig will be moving to the College Station area. It will put me 250 miles closer to home, so I imagine I'll be taking advantage of any breaks I get to go that way.

Please keep these kinds of meet and greets going! They are a great way to meet the membership and the chats can run for hours.

Well I got my T4R in December. I'm up for a meet though. I live downtown and work out on the east side.

I've seen a few runners around town that could be T4R members. I'm around the North I-10/1604 Area a lot so if you happen to see a black SR5 with trail rims there don't be afraid to honk :rapture:

Happened to be in the I-10 / UTSA Blvd Costco the other day.

They now carry Mobil 1 0W20 Oil.

I see all of the Mobil 1 oils in this Costco on sale about every 2 months.

2 days ago a 6 qt. case was $26.99 + local tax.

Figuring in tax that comes out to $4.87 a qt.

Anyone up for a meet? An area toyota LC group is getting together July 11 in the am near 281 and 1604 on the North side of town at 9am. Should be at least 2 5th Gen t4r's both modded.

New member to the San Antonio group..... I just traded off my 2013 FJC with 200k miles for a 16 T4R Limited in pearl white with redwood interior. The transmission in the FJ was going out, suspension needed to be replaced, as well as a host of other small things, the oilfield can be rough on a truck. I had already ordered a long travel suspension for the rear of the FJ from MetalTech and Total Chaos, but had not installed it yet so it will go on the 4runner. The build list to start the 4runner off with is as follows:

Metal Tech (MT) rear long travel w/ Radflo 2.5 rez shocks
MT offset lower links and upper links
Total Chaos (TC) panhard bar
TC upper and lower A-arms
Radflo 2.5 coilovers w/rez
trac bar relocate
t-case drop
BM Chop
Toyota grey TRD Pro wheels
275/70/17 Goodyear Duratrac
Pelfrybilt front bumper w/LED lights
Warn Zeon 10-S winch (transplant from FJC)


Anything else I might need?

I work in the SA area, but live outside of Cloudcroft NM, so like the FJ the T4R will get to see it's fair share of mountain trails.
