Is just me explaining how the process is supposed to work. I think it is worth stating so anyone reading this who isn't a frequent viewer or commenter understands how to address their grievances.

I don't want any threads censored or shut down by the mods.

Individual thread creators are free to do whatever they like with their own threads of course.
