Sand Tires

So I'm new here but I just bought me a 2007 4Runner with 4x4 capabilities, with stock tires. I live in Hawaii and go camping a lot at the beach, sometimes in some deep sand. Any good suggestions of what kind of tires to use so that I can go from the road to the sand and not have to worry too much about getting stuck.

It would help to know what tires yours came with , most have Donlop Grantrek AT20's.

Get rid of them !!

Aloha
I do lots af sand driving , we just got back from a week in pismo beach. Anyways Air presssure is the biggest thing.
I like the toyo a/t or nitto terra grappler , but just about any a/t will do with the correct air down. Low profile street or really aggressive mud tires not so good.

:iagree: airing down is key

How do think they are going to wear ?
I was not sure how they would look a little worn from being on a IFS.,
But I agree they look cool and I may try them still.
