Sat. Radio Question

Looking to bring my wife's '03 with stock system into a sound shop to get a sat. radio installed.

Anyone have some experience as to what to get and where in the cabin it gets installed? Im looking to (hopefully) get an add-on installed somewhere in the cablin where she can get to is easily, but not have this thing just bolted to something, or as a big neon sign "STEAL ME!" as hoodlums pass by. olice:

Instead of using the SC-C1, you can use any of the portable units, so if you wanted to take it into your house, work, etc., you can do so. If you don't need it to be portable, you can install it in the upper glove compartment like I did, and it'll always be out of sight/mind.

I have a third gen and installed the Sirius converter under the driver seat, and ran the wire from there to under the center counsel then to the deck. The method in the glove box is nice, but it takes up some space and i personally wouldnt want to to all that cutting and drilling. In the end its up to you, just thought id give you another idea. i can post some photos if you want.
