Satellite Radio 4 2007 4runner

Any body have an Idea as to how to get a satellite for my 07 4runner? I don't want to have to boot leg a radio shack boom box type. I would rather prefer to get one that can be installed direct. Any Ideas?

If your radio has a SAT button, you can buy the OEM adapter from toyota for probably around $200-$300. I installed one of these in my parents camry, it was pretty easy but took a few hours.
