Satellite Radio Question....Need help.

This is the first 4Runner that I've had where the sat radio is integrated into the head unit. It's much better than wires everywhere, of course.

BUT - I'm too dumb to figure out an easy way to change the channels. Can anybody help? My sat radio is integrated with the Tomtom Navi and changing the channels is a pain, especially since it's a touch screen unit. I can't seem to do it....yet.

Is there an easier way to do it that I'm missing?
