Saturday Project

Put together a local group buy for LED lights a few weeks ago. Ended up getting myself a couple of the "ridged dually clone" cubes and a 30" bar. This weekend, my buddy and I decided to go ahead and put the cube's into our satoshi grill's.

This is how they turned out. Let me know what you guys think.

I was thinking about doing this but behind the grille instead. Do you think there would be enough room for that as far as you can tell?

There really isnt. The one on the passenger side is just a hair away from touching the condenser line and if you move move to much, the drivers side one would then hit (if you want to keep them even). You would have to measure but it may work if you moved them both in about .75" but dont take my word for it.

Do look pretty good but

hate to be a detail stickler, the driver side appears ever so slightly slanted to right (when looking head on) off compared to the left. Despite that, they look Sharp! Off road only?

You are correct sir. I hadnt adjusted them when I took the pics. lol. They are even now. I have used them when there are no other cars around but they are pretty bright so yes, they will be mostly off road only.

I thought about cutting out the mesh, but I knew I wouldn't be able to fit my emblem too, so I opted to squeeze them behind the grille. Your install looks super clean though! Nice work.

Thats my class 16 desert buggy. I race it along with a class 10 buggy. I have raced in the Mint 400, Vegas to Reno, Baja 1000 & 500 etc. Our class 10 buggy has won 1st and 2nd in our class in the last 3 Baja 1000 races and we have taken series championships and other podiums in numerous other races. Its my passion along with my music. :driving: Ill try to get some pics up of both cars in the next couple days. Here is a video I did of one of our Baja 500 races.

And here is a video of my doing a quick run in the 16 out in the desert south of where I live.
