SAW coilover owners help me out!

whats the trick!? i just put brand new saw coilovers on tonight and cant get them adjusted more then about 1.5" because the uca comes into contact with the spanner wrench. Anyone else have this problem? separating the uca from the spindle seems like the next logical thing to do but give me your opinions. I just want to adjust them up to 2" so im not far away.

I usually do mine a little bit at a time. I put the spanner wrench around to the hole in the back,and turn it as much as possible to grab the next hole.Make sure you jacked up your truck enough so the wheel is off the ground to relieve some pressure.I have total chaos uca's so it might be different.Hope it helps

You have to keep some weight on the lca with a jack. It will make cranking the adjustment ring harder, but will move the uca upwards. You can get the spanner wrench in under the uca with weight on it.

Good luck, and jfyi the less you crank them up the better. If you go too high you will have n down travel and it will ride very poorly

Ok that makes sense ill have to jack up the lca a little, i had it fully drooped and just couldnt get the spanner under the uca to crank it any more.

Ya i understand the more i go up the stiffer it will get but im running 8 wraps out back and it still has to much rake right now. I figure if i can get them up to around 2" then itll be about where i want it to be. Thanks guys for the input so far.
