Well, I bought a 96 limited a couple months ago. I must say that i am really happy with it. so far i have taken the running boards off, custom installed fog lights and put window guards in. I'm getting new tires soon, and hopefully new wheels as well. I haven't decided if i want to lift it or not. If I do, it'll be a 2.5 or 3 inch, with 33" tires. I'd also like to get a new air intake and exhaust for it, any suggestions and reasons why would be really great. i'll put a few pictures up later tonight or next week.

Congrats on your new 4Runner! Since yours is a 96 your shocks are probably in need of replacing. When doing this thats a good time to decide if you want to lift or not. If you do not Bilsteins are a great choice of shocks. I've had Bilstens with stock springs for a year and it rides and handles great.

I've also put a Magnaflow exhaust on mine. Right away I noticed increased torque and power. It sounds great and its not too loud.
