I installed my scangauge into the 4rnr a couple of days ago. I never trust the "in house" mileage readings, and also wanted a real time mileage calculator.
This time around I put the scangauge unit front and center above the steering wheel...that way I never have to take my eyes away. It was easy to route the wires around and then behind the steering column. Everything fit and doesn't block the other dials or interfere with the airbag.
Readings are pretty close to what the trucks computer says...so far. Pretty shocked actually. One thing I did notice is the speedometer is off by about 3-4%. It reads faster than the vehicle is actually moving. I figure with bigger wheels it will cancel the difference out.
