Scepter military fuel cans

I got an update from the distributor. All Scepter items are on backorder until end of April or Mid May.

So as it stands, I will likely place one big order in mid April.

Here is the pricing (which is subject to change):

Price per can: $65
Price per nozzle (3/4" only): $30
Shipping for a single can: $20
Shipping per set of two cans: $30

Local pickup will be available for those that live in Denver. The nozzle can likely be placed in the box with two cans, which will save on shipping. I will I have been keeping track of those that have expressed interest, and I'll keep this open until April 7th.

Lastly, once the order has been placed, I will need payment via paypal before I can ship them out.

Two sand/tan cans for me with a 3/4" nozzle pls. The 3/4" nozzle is the right one to fit in our 5th gen gas opening right? Was curious why one would want one nozzle size over another.

Note - the cans DO NOT come with a nozzle. The recommended one is the 3/4" nozzle, but I can get you the 1 1/8" nozzle if you prefer.

I don't have an answer. I suspect it has to do with the size of the tank openings for filling.

Those are the same cans. However, I would check with the retailer if you can purchase them as a civilian. I know in the U.S. you cannot, but then again Scepter is a Canadian company, as is the retailer. The pricing is more or less the same as mine, but shipping could be a bit more coming from Canada. If you can purchase from them, go for it and let us know!

Ive seen them lying around the store, everything there is open to civilian sale, I didn't realize until now scepter is CDN so it makes sense being a bit cheaper on this side of the border

Sorry in advance if you don't want this kind of discussion, but what is everyone planning to use to hold/mount these? Do you all have read bumpers that will? I have done a lot of searching on this and other forums and am finding that most aftermarket holders (front runner, for example) are designed for the NATO and won't work with these unless you modify them. Thoughts? I understand the benefits of plastic, but there are also drawbacks, so I'm sort of reconsidering. Thanks!
