Would anyone be able to tell me if I would void my warranty if I opted to not spend the extra cash at the 15K and 30K......maintance and just did oil changes and tire rotations and the tranny oil and what not down the road? The dealer wants 300 bucks for a 15K service and an oil change is 40 bucks.....

Don't ask the dealer for a "15K service". They usually add extras you don't need. Instead, get them to give you a price for specific tasks listed in your Maintenance Guide.
