Scion 6 disc - figured out problem, but need parts

Well, I figured out the problem with my Scion 6disc changer. One of my trays has a broken peg, so it won't go into the track, and gets jammed when trying to load. For the time being, I removed the tray altogether, and tricked the unit into thinking that there is a disc in the number one slot. Works fine, but only has 5 slots left.

Anyway, I'd like to try and get another tray and fix this problem for once and for all. Anyone know where I could get a replacement tray for this unit? Would the dealer have something like this?

Im not 100% sure oh what you are saying, but from what I understand one of the pegs inside the changer is busted? If so then I think I would be far more costly to have someone fix an internal part on a CD changer than it would to just buy a new unit alltogether.... unless the unit is under warranty, then I would definatly have it looked at.

What I'm saying is that I took the unit apart and fixed it, except that now I only have 5 discs because I had to remove one of the trays. A little plastic peg is missing from one of the plastic trays inside the changer. The tray that I need is probably only worth $0.50, although I'm sure it costs a lot more to buy, if even available to purchase.

It's not costing me a thing right now because I fixed it myself, and could have it completely fixed if I could get my hands on another tray.

Anyone have a broken unit that they want to get rid of? I'll pay for shipping... I need the unit for parts to fix my existing changer.

Oh yeah, ok, if you are able to fix it yourself by all means go for it...I thought the problem was more complicated than that.
