Scion and JBL headunit

Well, i was involved in my first NE 4runner meet, and man was it a good time. 2 of the guys had scions put into the rig, in place of the stock sytem. Just wondering if anyone had put one in with the jbl system.


Gotta tell yall, it really made a difference in the low end

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

JBL cannot be replaced with the stock Scion head unit. At least its not a direct replacement.

The stock JBL does need some help in the low end, but instead of replacing the head unit I got 2 10" subs and an amp...

Damn. Which subs and amp did you get? How difficult was the install.

450 watt sony amp and 10" Xplode subs. Install was easy, I took it to Circuit City, gave them $60 and they called me when they were done

that looks great. last question, does that void your warrenty on the electric portion of the vehicle

It'd only void the part that broke if the Dealership can prove that it was the cause of the failure.
