Scion HU Install & Radio Security Code

I'm looking at doing the Scion HU upgrade given all the rave reviews from folks after making the trade. I'm also going to see if I can get one privately. Probably a stupid question though since I don't see it discussed - isn't a security code required to activate the newly installed radio? If so, how do you get it? If not, one less headache.

Check the classifieds section here as well as ebay. I'm selling mine right now, but trying to sell it with the XM kit so it might be a bit more expensive than you were hoping for ... but there are a lot for sale by themselves and are very affordable!
