Scion HU Questions

I have searched and not found an answer as to if the Scion HU upgrade will work in a 2000 4Runner. Is there only specific models or years (04 or 05) that will fit? I really want to do this upgrade and just want an answer. I understand that it is plug and play. Is there a way to utilize the second antenna port with a 4Runner?
