Scion logo removal

I just got my scion hu T1807 from ebay lastnight i paid $51.00 total, not bad. The 1st thing i did was to remove the scion logo.

nice, I removed it with some nail polish remover when I had the scion hu, worked like a charm.

I find it a bit unsettling to see car audio parts on a table along with dental molds and dental tools lol. You wouldnt happen to know that guy on the news using his spit sink for a urinal would you???

In any case, looks good, as I cant even see where the logo was, even thought I dont know where it started out at anyway.

But all that for a Pioneer? I'm guessing Pioneer products are not what they used to be?

Nail polish remover is just Acetone. I'm surprised it didnt attack the plastic really, but some plastics do not react, perhaps the plastic for the HU's face is that kind. Best to test on an inconspicuous spot first though.

Came right up with the nail polish remover and left no ill effects at all. There was no sign that there was anything ever there.
