I am planning on installing the scion radio in my 99 limited and I noticed there are 2 antenna wires on the factory radio. If I unplug one of them the speakers make a wierd sound. So my question is what do you do with the second antenna wire when installing a new radio because I dont think the scion radio has two antenna jacks?

There is a thread about the 2nd antenna if you search for it. You ahve to remove the metal flap that covers the 2nd antenna port on the back of the radio. This is for the 2005-2006 Scion radios, the other years you ahve to drill a hole in the heat sink.
