I'm selling a Scion T10015 (PT546-00140) head unit from a Scion FR-S. I bought it, but never ended up installing it in my 4Runner. $160

It's available and it is plug-and-play with the correct adapter for your rig. I originally bought it for my 2006 non-JBL 4Runner. There is a detailed thread in the 4th gen section covering the installation of this head unit, including part numbers for the adapter and other accessories if you choose to add them. I can also pull the part numbers for you. I have them saved in an Amazon list.
 
Have just spent the past two and a half hours reading and reading the forum about Scion head units, but I still am a little confused, so pardon the question:

I see that "map" button. Does this mean it is Nav capable and do you know the part number I need for that unit, and will that plug and play with my non-JBL unit?

Yes, it is nav capable. It requires the extension box to add that feature. I'll look around and see if I can find the part number. It wasn't something I planned on adding (I use my phone or tablet for navigation), so I hadn't looked into it much. I do know that the nav unit mounts directly underneath the head unit and connects with a wire harness to the head unit - plug and play.
 
Ok, that would be appreciated. My goal is a factory look with Nav and Bluetooth, so if I can do it in a cost effective manner, this would be a good option.

The reason some people have gone with the Scion head units is because of the factory look. It does look very clean.

I came across the nav unit part numbers I had saved:

PT296-00140 = Scion Aha + Navigation
PT296-47120 = Toyota Entune + Navigation (older version)
PT296-47130 = Toyota Entune + Navigation (newer version)
PT296-47121 = Toyota Navigation only

These numbers came from one of the Scion forums and are the nav units that the forum members claim work with the head unit. There are pros and cons to the Aha and Entune units, so it depends upon your needs.
