SCION T1804 head unit not working!

I purchased a Scion T1804 head unit from someone on the Scionlife forum. This is the single-cd player unit. I installed it in a 2005 T4R SR5, with the 6-speaker stock system. Doesn't power on, nothing. Switched back to stock HU, works fine. Any advice? The plugs are one for one, so I don't see how this can be an installation issue. I even left the second antenna wire black-taped when re-installing the stock unit, just to make sure it wasn't a short or something. Help!!!

Its probably a bad unit. Email the guy back and tell him it doesnt work. See what he says. If hes cool he will refund you the money and you just send it back then keep looking for a new one. Sorry man, that sucks.
