Scion T1804 manual

Just purchased and installed my Scion HU and the thing sounds great!! I was just wondering if anyone was able to get their hands on a user manual for this thing or if I even really need one. I figure the main things I needed to know were how to switch between the different Scion model modes and change the text for the startup screen. If there are any other features that could be "unlocked" with the manual, I'd like to know how to get my hands on one.

I do not know if I got this from this forum or the ScionLife forum, but the info below works.

1. with the radio turned on hold the"A" button and turn the car to the off position then back to ACC
2. the line below "SCION" will be blinking hold down the "M" button and turn the car off and then back on to ACC.
3. using the volume controls, choose the letter then hit the "A" button to progress.
4. there are numbers and symbols lowercase, upper case letters, just progress through.

BTW this will only work with the newer scion HU's IICRC the T1804 units.

Thanks greased! Sorry if I wasn't clear on my question. I know how to change the modes and the greeting and was just wondering if there was anything else that this HU can do that isn't as obvious. I guess I could always snag a friends Scion car manual but I'm too lazy,

In my previous post, I listed instructions for changing the Welcome Message. I do not have my T4R with me at work today, so I cannot be sure, but if my memory serves me well I believe you push & hold the far left silver arrow button; to change the different modes. That’s all I know about the Scion HU. If you have a friend with a Scion, then please do look at his Owners Manual and teach us any more tips that you find.

With a MP3 CD in, if you press the A button and turn the SRT function ON, this will balance and equalize the MP3's the the same volume. This function only works with the MP3s
