Scion Use in 2006

I just traded in my 2004 4Runner for a 2006. I had bought a Scion Head Unit last year for the 2004 and took it out when I traded in the car. It sounds like the Scion Unit will work in the 2006, but I was curious about the input jack in the center console.

Is my assumption that the Scion will work in a 2006 SR5? And does the input jack still work?

If this has been posted, I apologize, I couldn't find it in a search.
