Bought from orginal owner who kept up all maintenance and never used it other than mall crawling. I think i got a great deal since prices here are normally retarded. I have 5 inch folder of paperwork most work done at stealership. Truck has 260,000km and runs, drives just like my 2000 with only 132,000km. Plans are lift and tires and then a nice old school offroad sh*tkickin.

5 speed with E locker has the extra gription required to invert. Makes easy work of otherwise difficult trails.

Indeed a hard to find combination. A rare delete option (I guess technically, the automatic was an option?) teamed with a rare (especially on models below the Limited, which was all automatics) option.

I had to look for 3 or 4 months to find my '99.

Mine's a 5sp elocker and it wasn't terribly hard to find here in Ontario when I bought 3 years ago. Finding one that isn't rusted out is the trick here!

The really fun rare ones are the ones that are 5 speed elocked and have a S/C already for boosty fun!

Factory 5 speed elockers are definitely rare but it's pretty easy to "make your own" by finding a 5 speed and then swapping in an elocker axle.
