Scosche is a rip off !!!!

I bought the scosche 4 cd pocket and had it installed in Jan. with my New HU. After less than 4 months it has broke. I spoke with Scosche and they say that the only way it would be covered is if I bought it at Best Buy. Since I did not they say I am just out the $20. + I paid for this peice of junk!! Never ever buy any thing from them !!!!!!!!!! So of to Best Buy to buy a standard pocket plus my time and energy to remove and install a new pocket. That is why I paid someone to do it the first time. What a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

When they said Best Buy... are you refering to the Best Buy radio installation people installing their product and thus the only way they would cover its replacement?

If you buy it at Best buy it is covered, if you got it at another dealer you are out of luck.

Did you install it? Im contemplating installing or getting installed the rb10 adapter, I dont know if I can do it though.
