scratch on interior of door

This is my first posting. I recently scratched the inside of my door with the end of a shovel (field work). The scratch is on the plastic/vinyl section under the window.

Any tips of smoothing out the flaw?

if you really want a nice touch. use body filler and then sand it out and paint it to the normal color. LOL. yes, it's alot of work only if you really want it back to normal.
