Scratch on the back bumper

Someone must have nicked my back bumper because now I have a scratch in the paint all the way into the plastic. It is small, but since my care is only a month old it pisses me off that it is not perfect anymore. Does anyone know a good way of fixing this or am I stuck going to a detail shop? Also would you suggest taking it to a Toyota dealer or a body shop? I am in the Austin, TX area.

If the scratch is down to the plastic you will need to repaint the area of the scratch and then if the bumper has a scratch deep enough even painting won't hide the visible line created by the scratch. I would say visit a trusted body shop
