Scratched my bumper pretty badly

I park my truck in a garage where the corners are tight. This weekend they proved to be a little too tight for me. While I was pulling into my space I scratched the corner of my bumper. There are a few light scratches but there is one that is down to the primer. I want to give it a go at repairing it myself but was wondering if anyone had any insights into the correct process I ought to follow. I.e should I start by wet sanding and then compounding followed by primer, paint, clear. Then polish and followup with a good wax? I am a little concerned as the paint on the bumper is a bit thin. Also do I need to be concerned with flexable paint on the plastic?
Any tips or insights into any of the above would be helpful. Also anyone know where I can get the right paint in a spray can that would match my paint? I have a titanium silver '04 4-runner.

Your bumper has a different paint than the rest of your T4R.

It is really easy to make the repair look worse than the scratch.

I would take it to one of the scratch and dent places.
They can repair it quickly and make it look like new.
Avoid body shops as they will want to paint the entire bumper.
