So I have a jones to install a ToyTec Ultimate Lift Kit and talking with Doug at TT, he is making it so easy. He does recommend finding a shop "familier with 4Runner drive trains" to do the work. So I call a couple of Toyota dealers today and they won't touch the project. "Oh, we don't do lifts" is what I hear. One of the dealers recommends a local "Trucks R Us" shop - the number is disconnected.
There is nothing wrong with my T4R now and the last thing I want to do is "F" it up by having some dik-head do something he(she) shouldn't while installing a lift kit I don't really need but I am pretty discouraged right now.
Anyone in SE Michigan recommend a Toyota shop?
