Seat belt adjustment

Since I bought this '08 in April I havent been able to adjust the seatbelt which is cutting into my neck. Its at the highest point and will not move down. The manual says to press the button which I have been doing of course. So I tried the passenger side and it wont move either. Weird? :wtf:

Try squeezing button while wiggling the adjuster around (mostly up). Mines a little tricky too.

When all else fails, wiggle it:bluejump:

can't say this is a good idea, just what I'd do. spray it with a touch of silicone
