Seat Belt Replacement

Hey guys,

I have a 2005 Toyota 4Runner Sport 4WD that needs to have a new seat belt in the back before it can pass Mass. inspection laws. I bought the seat belt online which is for the middle of the back bench seat. It's just a standard lap over belt. My question is, do I need to remove the entire bench seat to install it? I tried to undo those bolts that are very tough and it seems like I might have to remove the entire seat. It really sucks because I don't have the tools or the space to do it and I don't want to pay a mechanic for a seat belt install. What sucks even more is the fact I have to replace it. It's only my wife and I that are ever in the car. The back seat is never used. Anyways, if any of you guys know a tip or trick on how to rig in a seat belt, or if there is an easy way to install it I would really appreciate it.
