Welcome to the Forums, Emjay. I think you'll find that most of these questions have been covered pretty well. The 5th Gen has quite a few threads on this, here's a good one to start with:

I used the search function at the top right to find this, and I highly suggest you do the same on things in the future as it will save yourself some time

I really like the GT Covers I got a month or so ago. They were delivered relatively quickly for a "custom" seat cover, they accommodate for air bags (which others dont, or dont advertise), and wernt too bad on the wallet. It took about 45 mins to install them, and the biggest hassle was fishing the straps though the seat. They do cover all but a 1"x1" area on each side of the seat where the top and bottom portions meet.

I almost pulled the trigger on some Wet Okoles via Autoanything.com today - 10% off and free shipping -- but, they could not add the map pockets in the back of seats... So, still looking..
