June 15 - BO013-04, SEAT CUSHION HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT HANDLE IMPROVEMENT, 2003 – 2004 model year 4Runner vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs listed (see the TSB for the VIN #'s).

So does this mean Toyota finally has a fix?

Does anyone know the TSB # for the seat and the vehicles that fall within the Vin#'s?

Yeah really. How does one get the rest of the text of a TSB?
