seat warmers don't work 03 ltd

Hi,

New to the forum.

My seat warmers have never worked. . . I haven't cared, but my wife does. . . so any sense of why? any sense of what it will cost to repair? Not sure since the local dealer is untrustworthy and I don't want to go to them.

What should I look for in a mechanic to help?

Before going anywhere, check the basics. Someone can get you a wiring diagram for an '03 so you can troubleshoot. I'm sure you at least checked the fuse(s) already...
