Seatbelt chime disable instructions

Here is one of the first mods I did I know it's a safety function but it sure is damn annoying when your trying to back up a trailer, move your car around the parking lot, etc. Even though I wear my seltbelt, I don't need that annoying chime telling me to do so !! Ahhh, nice and quiet now.
