The limited seats are usually power seats (never seen a limited without power seats) and the SR5 seats are manual. Limited seats are leather and although an option on the SR5, they are usually cloth.

Also the sport seat profile is different: there are "wings" on the sides of the seat cushion molded into the foam, and I believe the back support as well, to hold the driver in place when doing all that sporty driving.

that's what i want to know. i know about the power and leather and such. i was looking at cushion part numbers and there are several, depending on the cushion.

The seat bottom and seat back both have different profiles on the 'sport' seats. Also, sport seats have a seat-bottom tilt adjustment on the driver's side and base seats don't.

Which reminds me... I need to clean up the sport seats from the '97 parts truck and install them in my truck.

i have that tilt option on my sr5. i'd sure like to change my seats. it sounds like the "sport" seats are more comfortable than the regular seats. i had leather in my last sr5 and they were great.
