Seattle shops for BMC

Been searching the forums and the rest of the internet, but all I see are older posts.

Looking to finally do the body mount chop on my '12 4runner. I can cut it myself, but dont have access to a welder to close things back up. Are there any shops in the Seattle area (I'm in Kent, but dont mind driving) you guys recommend?

Anyone in the area know of a place that can make modifications to a 5th Gen to make it EU/Sweden compliant?

I haven't used them myself, but I have seen some of their work.. top notch fabrication skills...
