SeattleMike's cargo project

Mike,

I am shocked by the turn of events. I would be tempted to say dont give up and fight with all your might, but it appears from information here, that it may be time to take peace in life well lived.

Not sure of your beliefs but may I offer up a prayer to you and your family at this time..

Father,

You have given us so much. Thank You for the gift of life, for all the treasures we received, through the wealth of those who’ve loved us and those whom we’ve loved.

This body You have given is frail and damaged. And now we ask You to grant peace, as Mike begins the next journey, to a new life, free of pain and suffering. Ease the sorrow of those left behind, knowing that Mike will always live on in their hearts.

Take his hand and lead him, until that time when we shall all meet again, on that day where there is no sunset and no dawn. Amen

Peace brother.

God bless, Mike. You've helped me solve problems with my truck and I'm very grateful of you. Keep up the fight man!

God bless you and your family Mike, your body may be frail but your mind is strong. Your experiences have touched a lot of people, just wish there was something we could do to help out. You are in our families prayers and we wish you and yours the best.

Mike,
There are no words to convey the sadness felt. I am sure your impact here has been the same; throughout, and in all areas of your life. You will be sorely missed, bue never forgotten. My prayers for you and your family. Find peace, embrace the love around you..

Hey Mike... Haven't always agreed with you, but then how often do we agree with anyone 100% of the time?

I definitely appreciate your ability to be honest, forthright and to share your life experiences with all of us.

May your heart always be filled with the joy of this life and those you love and who love you.

Godspeed, bro.

Just thought I would give this a bump. Any word on how Mike is doing?

I went and visited him about a week ago. He has lost a ton of weight, and is on oxygen all the time but he is happy to be in a hospital in Seattle not Tahit to let things run their course.

Hope it's ok that I update a bit about you Mike.

@ Java. Any way someone could post some Pics of Mike prior to him getting sick? I sure would like to see who I've become friends with. If it's ok with Mike of course...

Sad to report that Mike passed away Friday. After not being able to get a hold of him for a couple days his wife got in toutch with me. He is in a better place now.

Soooo very sad to see and to hear. That was not the update that me nor anyone else on here wanted to find out about.

Mike, may God bless your soul and that you rest in peace. Welcome to where the blind see again, the streets are paved of gold, and home of some of the most incredible offroading ever fathomed. We'll see ya on the other side one day not long from today. Next mod is going to be dedicated in your name bud.

Godspeed.

God bless Mike's family during this time. I am sure Mike is in heaven right now. I have wondered what heaven looks like and I can't help but think maybe heaven looks something like this...

R.I.P. Mike. Your humor and fiestiness will be deeply missed.

God be with your family during this difficult time, and say hi to my mother who also left to be with our Father before her time.

Happy trails, my friend.
