In Walmart today and prominent signs said ''No ammo sales to anyone under 21''.......unlike shirt and shoes, Walmart signed on with the Government to be a retailer of Guns using Federal Laws as the guideline. If they want to discriminate and ignore the implied contract, they should have their License revoked or face a Lawsuit IMO.:sniper:
I definitely agree that banning sales of certain firearms to anyone under 21 at Walmart and Dick's raises an interesting legal question. And one that I'm sure will be tested in court.
Constitutional Right versus a privelege ....driving. The contract I speak of is Walmart applying to the Feds to be a retailer of Firearms and agreeing to process the forms and checks required in that process. If the Fed and the State allows 18 year olds to buy a rifle, walmart should not discriminate against those Citizens until the State law or federal law is changed to 18. Or they should get out of the business of selling guns entirely to be fair IMO. Like I said, there are folks who already have a gun that are under 21....what will they do for ammunition if all these retailers decide to go all P.C. to pacify the Libtards?:fencing:
