Seems like clutch wont disengage

1999 toyota 4runner v6 3.4L, manual transmission. Clutch will not disengage. When I start it in gear the jeep bucks forward. When I start it in neutral it starts fine but can't put it in gear. Bled the lines, no air.
Seems like the slave cylinder isnt coming out enough. Is there a way to adjust that? Anyone have this problem before?

did you just refer to a runner as a jeep?????.......My records show that the previous owner changed out the slave at 103,000 miles
