Seized bolt

80% complete with a stage two Icon install. Ran into two problems.

A: front right lower shock bolt won't budge. Have the not off but the bolt will not come free. Tried: mallet; heat; penetrating oil; impact gun; breaker bar.

Thoughts?

B: kit is from Total Automotive and the sway bar relocate isn't correct. Holes don't line up from the aluminum blocks to the frame. Frame holes are narrower spaced. Kit shipped from Icon direct I think. Who do I call first?

Air hammer?. Also make sure you have as much stress as possible off the bolt.

Worst case scenario, cut it out?

have someone pry down on the LCA while you try to hammer it out, if you haven't already. always works for me

Lose the sway bar, I dumped mine and so have others.
